Nantes et Saint-Nazaire

Les visites sociales proposent un accompagnement aux locataires de bailleurs sociaux afin de favoriser l’accès ou le maintien durable dans le logement. Elles constituent un outil de médiation entre le locataire et le bailleur lorsque des difficultés sont repérées et nécessitent une évaluation ou un accompagnement social.

Deux types d’intervention :

Prévention des impayés : Cette intervention s’adresse aux locataires en place rencontrant des difficultés pouvant fragiliser leur maintien dans le logement. Elle vise à prévenir les risques d’expulsion locative grâce à une évaluation de la situation et à la mise en place de préconisations adaptées.
Locataires accédants : Cette intervention accompagne les locataires au moment de leur entrée dans un nouveau logement. Elle vise à faciliter leur installation et à favoriser leur maintien durable dans leur nouvel environnement

Objectifs

Recenser les problématiques rencontrées par le ménage,
Analyser sa situation familiale, sociale et financière,
Rappeler les droits et devoirs du locataire,
Favoriser l’ouverture et l’accès aux droits,

Repérer les potentialités du ménage et ses leviers de mobilisation,
Rétablir une relation bailleur/locataire,
Accompagner la gestion budgétaire et les démarches administratives et financières,
Faciliter, lorsque nécessaire, la recherche de solutions adaptées à la situation du ménage.

Quel public ?

- Les locataires en place rencontrant des difficultés liées notamment au paiement du loyer ou au maintien dans leur logement.

- Les locataires accédants d’un bailleur social nécessitant un accompagnement au moment de leur entrée dans le logement.

Modalités de l’intervention

Démarrage

Une première rencontre est proposée au ménage, à domicile ou au bureau. Selon la situation, des échanges peuvent également avoir lieu avec le bailleur afin de préciser le contexte et les besoins du ménage.

En cours

Des rencontres régulières sont organisées avec le ménage, à domicile ou au bureau. L’accompagnement peut également prendre la forme de rendez-vous, de contacts téléphoniques et d’accompagnements extérieurs.

Fin

Un bilan est réalisé avec le ménage et le bailleur. Selon la situation, une orientation vers un autre dispositif peut être proposée afin d’assurer la continuité de l’accompagnement.
